Hi,

I am trying to convert to iLok, but the Vienna Assistant has ben stuck on 'Verifying...' for hours now. Is there something I can do at my end?.

So I may have fixed this. I went into the preferences and reselected the default download and install locations as well as changing the 'Max parallel downloads' back to 2 from the default 3.
