Trying to input license for new VSL instrument on eLicenser

I am trying to input the license for a new VSL instrument so I can license the instrument to download. It says it cannot connect to the server even though I am connected fine to the internet. My firewall setting s are allowing the app but still no luck. I tried another computer, still no luck. Does anyone else have this issue ?

Hi Mike, 

Unfortunately the eLicenser Server seems to be down (really bad timing on a saturday night). I have already informed my colleagues at Steinberg and hope that they´ll have this fixed soon.
