I am integrating Epic Orchestra into my current VEPro set-up. It's the first time I am using the Vienna Instruments software within it. I understand that each "channel" is meant to respond to one midi channel and then instrument switching happens via keyswitches, mod-wheel, etc. However, in order to make VI match the rest of my VEP channels (loaded with instances of Kontakt), I'd like to load several matrix's within one VEP channel and have each matrix respond to a different midi channel. The VEP channel is currently in OMNI. Can I assign my list of matrix's to ch. 1, 2, etc. so they can be played by corresponding midi tracks in my DAW?

Hi andermusik,

Vienna Instruments work differently, the idea is to have one VI channel for each instrument.

Vienna Instruments are not multi-timbral.

Best,

Paul

ok, thanks Paul. In that case I will use one VI per instrument.
