Hi All,
Have just sorted out the changeover to iLok Manager & activated all of my product licences.
Also upgraded Vienna Instruments to Vienna Instruments Pro - but now, when I open VIP, my libraries are not showing up in the 'Patches' area.
I'm obviously missing something - any help would be most gratefully received.

I had a similar problem today with my sample libraries not showing up (VI Special Edition). I finally realized that there was one licensing detail that did not appear in the overview video and text instructions I followed (but it does appear in the video that gives more information about Cloud licenses). In iLok license manager, I did not realize that I had to go to the File menu and Activate a Cloud Session. This creates a cloud session as a possible licensing target (vs. a computer target), which I could then use to apply cloud licenses to my libraries. Once I did that, those libraries were available in VI Pro.

Hi, Thanks very much for the reply. I checked out the File Menu & was already on a Cloud Session.
I have a feeling my VSL libraries are not in the right place, but I'm not 100% sure where they should be.
Any help would be really appreciated.

Hi Jackmon,
In a nutshell: You need to download EVERYTHING you see under NOT INSTALLED in your Vienna Assistant, also the sample content for iLok.
Here is more information for you regarding license management.

Thanks very much for the reply. Apologies for the delay in answering.
I did as you suggested & I'm happy to say I now have my sample libraries back & showing in the Vienna Instruments pro player.
Only the VTSi & AUi categories show in the Reaper library. Is this normal?
