I am just getting started with VSL but I've entered my iLok ID incorrectly and need to change it and I don't see a way to do that.

hello Tracy,
our records say the email address registered with VSL is the same than registered with iLok, actually the iLok UserId is the same, though the iLok account is flagged as "provisional" (means something with this account is incomplete).
however i can see you have another iLok account regiustered to the same email address and that might be the reason you mention the account registered at VSL as "incorrect.
we have now returned the iLok UserId connected to your VSL account, revoked the licenses and withdrawn the registrations of your Free Instruments so you can start from scratch again now.
someone willö also respond to Case 473161 you have opened with our support.

Thank you. Maybe it's just me, but this process of setting up VSL just to try out a few free instruments seems incredibly complicated compared to other sample players I've used.
