Why do i always have Big Problems on any Major Update of VE PRO? After being hesitant for many months to updated to the newest Version so i could use VST 3 i finally did it today and it broke both my systems, Master and Slave, it will simply not show up in Cubase 12. Anyone any Idea?

Sorry to hear about the troubles.
Hard to say what's wrong without some basic information about your setup... Can you please send more details to , ideally with the network settings on all connected computers and OS information?

My work around for this is to open VEP on the remote computer and create a blank instance. If this doesn't show up on the main computer, I close VEP and reopen it. Then the instance usually shows and I go ahead and load my template Dorico, Finale, Sibelius, Notion, Overture, Cubase, StaffPad

Hi Bill,
This actually shouldn't be the case anymore, at all, after the latest changes in the current VE Pro 7.2.1516.
Could you please also send us your setup information, so that we can investigate?

Not to pile on, but the exact same thing just happened to me after the update.
Toggling "Advertise on Network" closing/reopening seemed to have fixed it for me.
