Logic Pro gets stuck loading on VEP

Hi

A handful of my larger templates and projects are now getting stuck loading "Vienna Ensemble Pro (7)" (sometimes "(9)") in Logic Pro 10.7.1. Nothing changed in my system since I last opened the projects, they just now don't load. Some of my other templates are loading though - so I'm not sure what's going on. I've tried to open backups of the problem projects and they have the same issue.

Any ideas what I can try?

I was able to open the files by removing Vienna Ensemble Pro components. So how should I go about getting them to work again? Thanks for any help!
