Synchron Piano Load Preset Screen not finding presets I placed into appropriate folder. 

I did create my own user preset which is also located there, which it sees.

The load GUI seems broken since I get no response when I attempt to search for the folder or click on the folder seen at the top.

Wow, a week later and not a peep is heard from VSL.

When I bought their full Synchron library I was told they had great customer support.

Hi Lasvideo,

I can assure you VSL is great at supporting his customers. They helped me on many occasions. The best way is the send your question/complain to: . I had the same problem some time ago. Apparently its a tricky procedure to get this Preset thing right. Paul Kopf guided me in this matter and indeed it was pretty complicated. Just send you request to and I'm sure they will get you sorted.
