Since a few months I run a vienna key and the appassionata string collection. I made an account on the vsl website and registered the products, copied the serials in my License Controll Center and voila, everything worked! I use the strings with happiness, all good.
Now I bought the VSL Special Edition. I wanted to register them onto my account. I log into the site, and I get welcomed by my userdata which is still accurate. Then I wanted to type in my serialnumber, but it denied the first 3 letters already, after clicking around I found out that it said that there were no products registrated. No key, no appassionata strings.. I thought it might fell out so I retyped the serial of my key to register the whole thing again.. but then the key got denied as well, explaining that this key was registered by another user already... what the f**..?
