    In the VE interface there is a box you can check called Syncronous Processing. What is this for? Thanks

    Hey Matt (suppose that is your name).

    I have a question ragarding your setup. You've got the rosetta 800 plugged into you mac with a symphony card? Are you playing VSL on the G5, or do you use a slave PC/Mac?

    Hey Fritz, I do just use it with the G5. I am interested in slaving a 2nd msc with the VE3 or maybe getting one of the Mac Pro 8 cores. Not sure which will be be the better option

    I've got about the same situation here. I plan to build a slave PC/Server in addition to the G5, wich I want to keep for Logic. I was wondering if you had any experiences with multiple streams from a slave (e.g. Adat) regarding the performance of your G5... But since you're still running everything on one Mac (like me), you probably can't say either. I was asking you, because I inted to build an apogee symphony system, starting with rosetta 800. But for now (until mir) I'd like to have many more digital in. That will become quite expensive with apogee. Maybe VE3 ought to be the sollution now, although I am always quite sceptical with ethernet streaming sollutions for latency and stability. Let's see... would you say the money you spent on apogee was worth the sound you get?

    Yeah, I think it was. I had a Motu 896 before that and I noticed an improvement when I got the Apogee
