    I bought EXS ProEd Perf Set (Upgrade) from Best Service - no info or mention how to get the free Glass & Stones.....

    I've done the same, more or less (complProEd Upgd + Solo Strings)...
    To have "G & S"... I think it's... "automatic"... I've spoken, by e-mail, with Lilo Steffen of BS... and, of course, I'll get my free "G & S"...

    I don't think you'll have problem with it (you don't have received yet your ProEd Perf Set Upgd... isn't it?), but if you want be sure e-mail them and ask about it... At Best Service, people are very good with their constumer...

    Is this special just for people who upgrade after the offer was announced? I got the Pro Edition just after it came out. I'm just making sure I don't miss free samples!

    Hi,

    Today is the 31th december and on the VSL Website the Glass & Stones offer was removed. But on the offer I had seen, VSL wrote that they give away the G & S UNTIL 31th december.
    So that means including the 31th as it is described at the statute book.
    VSL only wanted to remove the offer today so they don't have to do it tomorrow which is holiday.

    Am I right?

    Anthony, if I remember right, I've readed in another thread that it is (gulp! it was!) just for "people who upgrade after the offer was announced"...
