Severe demo restriction I didn't know about

Hi

I'm using a fully authorised edition of SE Extended. I'm also using the Special Woodwinds which I have yet to upgrade to the full extended version. All is well. Wonderful instruments.

However, I've just noticed that the remaining number of sessions of the Special Woodwinds demo have virtually disappeared even though I've barely used them. It seems that every time I open the VI to play my authorised SE Extended, the LCC assumes I'm using the Special Edition Woodwinds demo too, and it reduces the remaining number of sessions whether I'm actually using the demo or not.

My question: is this the way it's supposed to work or have I done something wrong in the activation process?

I hope someone can help because I'd like a little more time to try the Extended Woodwinds.

I'd suggest emailing support, as they are usually very helpful with such requests.

heathcliff, though it appears support didn't receive a request i have just sent you a demo mode #2 activation for the special woodwinds. you might have used up the 180 starts from the demo mode #1 license on another occasion ...
