Help : Vienna Appassionata String, 1st time user

Hello - This is my 1st buy of Vienna instrument, the Appassionata String - Just received my lib and I am a bit lost ! - I use Logic - I have install, watching the video and VE is playing using IAC - Where are the universal mode performances for this lib ? - In what order should I watch the videos ? - I have started Vienna ensemble, the localhost does not show ! - I have also noticed that in directory manager there is no custom folder buttom - I have set the Vienna Ensemble to load at boot, is it possible to define a default ensemble to loaded ? - Thanks in advance for your help - Best - Cyril -------How do you add a carriage return in the message editor ??????

What do you mean by “Where are the universal mode performances for this lib ?”

 

You have install all the lib. Is it that you cant hear them or cant load patches. Not sure what issue your having. Hope we can help./

Little by little I am finding what I need. THIS LIB IS GREAT, it's a pity that the Universal mode is available for all instrument except the Bas Now I have to decide how I am going to use it. There is the Vienna Instrument, the Vienna ensemble in Logic and the standalone Vienna Ensemble Is there is an article about the pro and cons of those 3 solutions ? If I use via IAC the Vienna Ensemble Standalone how can I put the sound back into Logic ? Thanks Cyril
