    Hey folks!

    I need help...

    How can I save my changes in the "Map Control"? Is it possible? I don't want to change these settings every time I start VE/VI ( for each instrument!). That would be too time-consuming.

    Hello Alex,

    it´s best to have an empty default preset with all the right settings.... you should start with this default preset whenever you start to create a new preset, this way your controls are always the same [:)]

    As per a similar earlier query answered by DG:

    "To do this, load an empty instrument. MIDI learn (or use Map Control) all the controllers that you wish to use. Click Preset Click Save, and call the file startup. Make sure that you save it at the default level in your Custom Folder."

    It works - I use it to set VelocityXfade to CC11, reset Expression to None etc
