    I have downloaded several instruments over the week-end.

    I can see the instruments in the earlier version of VI (last August) but I cannot see them in build 3173.

    I have been un-installing and re-installing both versions so that I can discover the naming conventions you are using.

    For build 3173 I observe the following:- Nowhere can I find patches for Epic Horns. The same is true of your Christmas gift 'Fanfare Trumpets'. There is no reference anywhere to Fanfare Trumpets.

    I can locate the missing patches and matrixes in the August 2008 edition of VI. They are there in a folder called 'Downloaded Instruments...etc'. But I cannot find them in the latest version of VI.

    I do not have this problem with Soprano Choir or Wagner Tuba. Both of which I can locate. So. I they are there - where do I find them?

    I have an 8 processor MacPro 3.2 with 10 gigabytes of RAM running OS X 10.5.6

    OK. With build 3452 the 'missing' instruments re-appear.
