    OK, now a single instance of VE Pro provides up to 8 MIDI inputs, with 16 channels each, right?

    I think I figured out how to address the MIDI channels. However, I don't find a way to use more

    than 16 stereo outputs. Can anyone give me a hint where I can define the number of outputs

    of a VE Pro instance?

    Or do I need multiple instances of VE Pro if 16 outputs are not enough?

    (I thought vst3 supports dynamic configuration of the number of outputs)

    Hello Peter,

    you are referring to MIDI PORTS, which can be set in the VE PRO SERVER Preferences.

    Please check out our videos and the manual, it is documented there.

    Hmm,

    I am  not sure, I don't have a problem with the MIDI ports. I can address the 8 ports.

    But I can't get more that 16 stereo AUDIO OUTPUTS from one instance of the plugin.

    The server won't let me access any preferences - they are greyed out.

    So what is the trick to get more AUDIO OUTPUTS?

    Here we go: the preferences button of the main server window is not the same

    as the preferences available in the window for each instance!

    Wow, how cool is that?
