I just finished a large project so I thought maybe I could try VE Pro (demo) instead of waiting for VE 2 to reload samples all day long. I got VE Pro to work once with Logic 9 (current version) and then the audio started distorting when I switched the output channels. Now Logic 9 tells me it can't load the VE Pro AU plugin and I should contact the manufacturer. I uninstalled and then tried the BETA version which does load but won't seem to pass any audio. I see indicators that all the instruments in the bank are playing but no sound. I've looked around for info and feedback but am finding little. Does this really work? I'm not even trying to use on a network, just the same Mac Pro that was running VE 2 for me as well. Should I have uninstalled VE 2 before installing the PRO demo? I'd like this to work, but I've already beat my head against this for several hours.....
