     Hi,

    I sent this query to support but since it takes them forever to reply I'm gonna ask for help about this issue here.

    I want to move my VE Pro license over to another key but I don't see it on my existing key. I also own Orch Strings I and II. I see those two on the key but not the VE Pro license. I know its there because if I remove the key from the computer, VE Pro doesn't load up.

    Anyone know how to fix this issue? I also believe I can run VE Pro on 3 computers. So if I get another key how do I enable the license on that?? I dont see the license any where in the user area. Anyone have an idea where I can see my available license for VE pro?

    Hello rishabh,

    I have checked your registrations and VE PRO is registered to your account, but you have never downloaded the licenses with the activation codes we have sent you with your order. I have resent these activation codes and answered to your support mail.

    VE PRO has probably worked because your Demo License on your ViennaKey was still valid.
