VE Pro - Load / Discard Plug-in Data needs a third option: "Load Plugin Changes"

If you have two very large sessions with lots of Kontakt instances and only one minor difference between the sessions (say one Kontakt instrument is different), could VE Pro be made smart enough to know only to update the one instrument?  

As it stands now, it seems that "Load plug-in Data" reloads the entire ball-of-wax, which in my case can take 20 minutes.  If it could only "Load Plug-In Changes" then it would take only a few seconds.

Is this not possible due to Kontakt limitations?  Will Kontakt 4.1 help (it will include a feature called "background loading.").

Hi John,

this is a major step, that is not so easy to achieve, unfortunately. But it is one of our goals for future updates.

The best idea for now is probably to open a new instance with "just" the changed settings - and leave the main VE PRO preserved.
