    Hi-

    I have the special edition plus (extended)

    and am working with Logic Pro 8 on a

    Model Name:    MacBook Pro 15"
      Model Identifier:    MacBookPro2,2
      Processor Name:    Intel Core 2 Duo
      Processor Speed:    2.33 GHz
      Number Of Processors:    1
      Total Number Of Cores:    2
      L2 Cache:    4 MB
      Memory:    4 GB
      Bus Speed:    667 MHz

    I just tried to open a session in which I used the extended library
    and a Textedit popup window opened which was titled

    .vslsserverpath

    and had a blinking curser on the page.  This causes logic to stop
    responding and I have to force quit.  I get the same message when
    I open a new session and try to call up Vienna.

    Can someone please help me here?

    Dear snakebird,

    did you try to uninstall and reinstall your VSL software? If not, I´d recommend to try that.
