Has anyone else had this happen

Make a project in Cubase, connect it to a VSE Pro instance on a slave computer and load up samples.... great

Then come in on some other day and load up the same project... the cubase VST instrument of VSE Pro does not connect to the slave machine and therefore I have no idea what samples and in what order I placed them in the mixer - nightmare.

I know you can save metaframes and all but is there a pattern I should know about whereby project settings are saved in association with my master project or is there a situation where I need to explicity do this?

regards

Martin

Hi,

are you using the DHCP configuration in your network settings? When the DHCP lease times out and you turn on your slaves on the next day they get their IP addresses changed and VE PRO won´t find its instancess anymore. In this case, please use the manual configuration.
