I'd like to complain that VEP is working well. I can't report bugs anymore and I feel left out of the loop.

Also this forum has gone quiet and no one complains anymore.

Guys, you can't just fix everything like this.

Haven't you learned anything from Avid or Apple?

Rule #1 You must leave some lingering little bugs that never get fixed. This gives us users something to complain about and generally draws us together under a common cause.

Well there's nothing more I can complain about.

    I better do some work

  • No need to worry. We're working on some new bugs right now.

  • Any hint of what kind of "bugs" VSL is working at?

  • Big ones ;)

  • Indeed, VE Pro is terrific software.

    Aerosmith - yay!

seriously, here are some ideas for new features that have very promising potential to create plenty of satisfying bugs:

allow to deactivate the unused outputs of matrices and other new features when not in use so that ViPro becomes more CPU friendly (that is of course assuming that these features use CPU when not in use; and not talking about reverb and EQ obviously)

allow to change the keys for just intonation with midi controllers

return the controller curves to the settings you had in VI = allow them to be flatter

add optional randomization to round robins and humanize functions

increase the max allowed sample start offset to 100ms

and - please - allow loading of ViFrames directly from the Finder (as opposed to always first having to create an empty one)
