Hi all,

I would like to know what the best software is to control my VSL server computer via ethernet. I want to be able to also bring up 2 screens of my server computer (have multi monitor video card) on my main computer. Simply, I want to control my server computer from my main computer via ethernet cable only. I have 2 separate ethernet ports on my supermicro server computer (both 1000 LAN).

Many thanks

Leif

Microsoft Remote Desktop works fine. Both on Mac and Windows.

Microsoft RDC certainly is working great, but it sadly doesn't have a multi screen mode. I'm also looking for a way to see 2 screens of my slave on my DAW but found no solution by now.

best

One option could be to use a multi-desktop solution such as Dexpot:

OK, this looks like some kind of windows version of apples "Spaces", but I don't see how it helps getting a multiscreen remote desktop connection, having 2 screens simultaneously.
