I have gone into the software section of the user area, specifically Vienna instruments. The manuals are available to download but I have the message "There are no files available for your registered products in this category." for the software downloads. I am currently using version 1.11 and want to upgrade, but I am unsure where to find the files. My eLicenser says the products are registered as well so I don't see why there'd be a problem with authorization. Can someone please help me?
