  • Ensemble Pro Crashes: loading project

I am running the latest version of Vienna En Pro v4.1.8008 and Play Vr 3.015 on a Mac with Lion 10.7. Steps taken: 1. Loaded one instance of Play 2. Within Play, loaded one instrument 3. Saved an Ensemble Pro Project 4. Attempt to load the saved Project, but Ens Pro crashes Adding to this, I just discovered that if I were to save a blank project with no instruments loaded of any kind and reload that blank project, Ens Pro will also crash. Same here. The only difference is that I load an instance of VE Pro, not Play. Also, the level indicator in VE Pro, on the top right of the window, freezes on the last position it was before I pressed the transport stop button.

  • as I understand it, using either Play 3 or VE Pro with Lion is premature yet.

  • Yay, support got back to me with a workaround. Now I can open 32 bit, 64 bit, old or new templates: >It's actually not crashing on the loading, but on the file dialog. This occasionally happens and has already been fixed for the next update. You can circumvent it by dragging the template to VE Pro instead (thus avoiding the file dialog). I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.

  • Do you have a lot of USB printer drivers, camera drivers, etc installed on here, and other applications open?
