The se dvd collections come in a bundle. Bundles are always cheaper. But yes, it's strange they don't sell a download bundle.

Best, Paul Hi Paul, do you mean there are more instruments/articulations in the download SE products than in their DVD versions? If so, I would have appreciated it if it were clearer from the start! I bought the DVDs under the impression the contents were identical to the download versions (so I didn't even compare the prices at the time), simply because I prefer to have hard copies of everything (old school - DAMN Apple for discontinuing the boxed Logic Studio). I don't want to sit down now and sift through the VSL site's DVD vs. download lists of SE content to compare, but I would like to know what I'm missing out on please - I own the SE+ and extended DVD products.. If you can't notate/MIDI it yourself, it's NOT your music!

I think Paul's referring to the fact the SE has one licence, but the downloads come with separate Strings, Woods, Brass and Perc licences, so as there is a cost per licences, it's 1 licence vs. 4. DG Nuendo 6.03, 4.3
