VEPro forgets MIDI port assignment for certain Kontakt instances

Hi,

I'm having an issue where VEPro is forgetting MIDI ports. For example I have 5 Kontakt instances that are assigned from ports 9-15. However every time I reopen the metaframe the MIDI port number for these instances defaults back to 1. 

Anyone else had this problem?
