    My MIR24 would open up perfectly with my VEP 5 on my Windows computer. I'm using this host as a 2nd computer linked to my MacPro.  After the most recent updates, when I open VEP 5, The default room doesn't open up. And, I don't see my other room packs as a load option even thought they exist in the same data folder. The only room that shows up in the LOAD menu is the Konzerthaus rooms.  I re-set the data path in the preferences and get the same result. 

    This is the current path. I'm wondering if my folder structure is the issue. Any advice?

    Welcome armenchakmakian,

    Sorry to hear about your problem - I'm sure we will be able to sort it out.

    First of all: What "updates" did you install? VE Pro 5? RoomPacks? Another application and/or component?

    I hardly dare to ask: Did you actually _install_ the RoomPacks, or are you just pointing to the donwloaded data (which won't work, of course)?

    The default room should be part of the VE Pro installation, actually. No need to move it elswhere.

    BTW - a little bit information about your system could be helpful, too (OS, CPU, RAM, audio system, driver and software versions ... just the usual stuff :-) ...)

    I downloaded the RoomPack updates. They downloaded to my desktop, so I had to locate the existing roompacks. I extracted them to the same folder. They are on my slave computer.

    MIR Pro with RoomPacks 1, 2 & 3.

    Because the updates downloaded to my desktop, I wasn't sure where to extract them. So I think that's what threw my system out of whack - when I extracted them to the current folder.

    Maybe a complete re-install?

    It is always a bit cumbersome to suggest this, but as a matter of fact it could be the easiest way to get it right ... :-/

    Just to be sure: The most recent versions are

    - Vienna Ensemble PRO 5 / MIR PRO / MIR PRO 24 build 10738

    - Vienna Konzerthaus RoomPack 2.0.275

    - Studios & Soundstages RoomPack 2.0.137

    - Mystic Spaces RoomPack 2.0.119

    In case you change the standard installation paths, please make sure that you point to the respective folders in VE Pro's / MIR Pro's Preferences.

    Should I delete and/or uninstall first, or could I just reinstall and overwrite?

    Under normal circumstances I would say that overwriting is perfectly fine, but in your case a clean install seems to be the best way to avoid any confusion.
