    Hi,

    i just installed VEP5 on my macpro (10.6.8-pro tools 8.1)

    and when i try to add a VL pro instrument, there is only the mixer window who appears,no insturment windows, so i can't load any sound ..

    with VEP4 it used to work perfectly

     Did you install VI after installing VEP?

    yes exactly ,i use uninstaller of each application and reinstall Vep and VI

    ive still old appearence of VI

    and only mixer in vl pro when i use vep

    I found that with VEP5, you need to click on the bottom of one of the VEP vol. sliders, (where you would name the track), and it then brings up the instrument for that track. Hope this helps,,,,,, Mike
