    Since the August discount depends on the price of the purchase, I was wondering if the discount also applies to the purchase from other retailers. (As far as I know, some VSL retailers in U.S. offer lower price than this VSL website.) Besides, does the discount also applies to DVD instruments ? I already have special edition and can get discount on some collections. Does the price of the free one I can get depends on my highest discount price or on the original price of the collection without discount ? Thanks.

     Hi ondine,

    thanks for your interest in our Instruments Collections promo.

    There is no restriction where you want to buy your collections. Just take care that you purchased products are registered on your VSL acount.

    Regarding your Special Edition upgrade to Instrument Collection discounts, maybe this infopage ist helpful to verify your possible discounts.

    I want to make sure if I understand your answer. I am planning to purchase the following: Woodwind I DVD instrument (full library), Solo Strings I DVD instrument (full library), Brass I DVD instrument (full library). will I be able to get free Voice (full library) no matter what price I can get from the retailer for the former three DVD instruments ? Thanks.

     Yes, that's correct. You have to register Woodwinds I, Solo Strings I, Brass I, before August 31st, and you will be qualified for a free Vienna Choir collection.

    Since I will purchase the DVDs from abroad, it sometimes takes 3 or more weeks to receive the DVDs according to past experiences. If the delivery date is too late, may I still request the free library by showing you the invoice issued in August ? Thanks.

    Paul, Trying to understand the discount. I'm looking at buying the download version of the standard and extended percussion plus the special keyboard. Can I get the special organ for free? I own Special Edition, vol. 1 and assume that these are not part of what I own? I was going to buy via Ilio in US as the conversion rate is not great right now! Best, Shirley!

    Paul - I read that many times before posting but it was confusing to me as I'm not as familiar with your new bundles. So, the answer to my question is "no" as I'm ordering from a combination of Standard and Extended! The second part of my question relates to the package I own. Are the Percussion libraries I'm looking at purchasing different from the Percussion on my older Special Edition, Vol. 1? Thanks!

    Sorry if that came across the wrong way.

    Your question was actually confusing me as well, but I guess the answer is:

    Yes, Special Edition Volume 1 contains a small portion of the Percussion Instruments Collection, so you will receive a small discount on the Extended Library, which is displayed at "Your Price" on the Percussion product page, when you are logged in.

    I registered Solo Strings I, Brass I, Woodwind I full library and have sent my request through e-mail for Vienna Choir, but still not yet get any reply except tracking ticket. How long will it take to receive the code for the free library ? Thanks.
