    Can VSL engineers chime in on whats wrong with East West PLAY? I can't run low buffer sizes using VEP and PLAY, and pops/clicks occur even when the CPU is not overloaded. My best results have been at 1024 buffer size. Just want to make sure that this is not a VEP problem and its a PLAY problem.... http://www.soundsonline-forums.com/showthread.php?t=43511

    I'm not having those issues, with buffers at 256.  Are you running on one system, or over ethernet?

    Localhost. I can run st 256 i just get frequent pops at the start of notes.

    What happens with Play just in standalone, or without VEP?

    Well im running a 25gb template. I guess i could load it all into cubase as a test but i dont have time at the moment.

    No im on cubase. So i guess cubase could be the culprit....

    Do you have any issues with other disk-streaming plugins, or is it just Play that is giving you headaches?

    Could be due to low end ethernet cable and or low end router if used. I use a gigbit router and cat 6 cable to suit. No problems with any EWQL Play products.
