This seems like a pretty common setup to have VEP loading Kontakt on an slave machine but Kontakt is kludgy to setup Multiple outputs with Logic. VEP needs inputs for Kontakt and then Logic needs Auxes for VEP. It would be great if VSL could upload a tutorial on how to do this properly as it is definitely a little confusing.
