I'm having a similar problem as many other people. I am signed in, and in the USER AREA – Epic Orchestra Downloads (I purchased VE PRO 5 and should be able to download Epic Orchestra free, correct?). One of the first instructions is.... "Download the Download Manager File for your Download Instrument (available below)" I do not see such a file for download. I see three different manuals and a Demo Song. That's it. I'd like specific instructions on how to a) get the download manager and b) start downloading the Epic Orchestra sounds. I am using Mac OS 10.8 I love your products, but the downloading/registry process is a frustrating experience.

Please register your Epic Orchestra with the serial number you have received upon purchase, in your User Area.

We will send an activation code to download your license to your ViennaKey right away (just like with your VE PRO 5 license).

=> Once registered, you will also see all necessary files to download and install the Epic Orchestra.

Im having the same issue. My license for epic was on the key before I upgraded to VP5. and I dont see it in my account.

I just checked your registrations, you never registered your Epic Orchestra license.

Please find the Serial Number either on the product package of your VE PRO 4, or in the serial number certificate you received upon purchase.
