    Thank you in advance for any help.

    I've just downloaded the Dimension Violas and tried to install it. However the installation repeatedly stopped at the  'setup-Dimension-Violas_16.cab' file and the error massage asked me to re-download the file. How could I re-download this file only? Re-downloading of the entire 24GB of data is quite a task for my not-so-fast broadband connection.

    we have uploaded the _16.cab file into your personal files as separate download.

    however it would be great if you could check your downloaded _16.cab file - it should have a size of 1.420.118.085 bytes and the MD5 checksum should be: f294c0f42638ac198450f712d3856741

    DLM should re-download a file which doesn't meet both criteria automatically - we will try to find out why this didn't happen in your case.

    and remember: only a CRAY can run an endless loop in just three seconds.

    Thank you for the file. Installation with the new file was successful.

    The size of the _16.cab file was exactly 1.420.118.085 bytes but the MD5 checksum was not matched. Anyway, now everything has been back to normal and thank you very much for your help.

    hello, I also have experienced error message trying to open an instance of Violas: Error loading matrix 01P VA_ALL_RE _L1_Art-Combi. Any help will be welcomed Thank You Boris

    Are other matrices loading fine? If not, make sure you've got the latest version of VI installed.

    Regarding the corruption issue, I got this error message twice, but restarting my computer seemed to fix it.
