In VEPro server preferences I have generally set the midi ports number to 16. That has suited my set up until now. I am considering reconfiguring the system so that each VEPro instance contains many more instrument instances (in this case, Kontakt).
I notice the port max is 48. Is using that many ports per VEPro common? Just curious if there are anyone has experience with this. Is it just as stable as having only 16?
Before I go to the trouble of trying it out I thought I'd check here first.
