    Hello


    I am trialling MIR Pro as a standard plugin with Sonar Producer.


    When I place an instrument on the stage in the engine window there is no panning. I can move the instrument right across the stage but the sound remains centred. However, the panning works when I use the pan pot in Sonar.


    Have I missed some setting in the MIR Pro plugin or does the automatic panning only work in MIR Pro with a Vienna library?

    MIR Pro will work with any input signal. The application just "knows" more about Vienna Instruments and can offer more detailed processing for them as well as elaborate collections of presets.

    Sorry to ask the (hopefully) obvious: You _are_ using a stereo track, aren't you?

    I re-recorded the file ensuring it was really stereo and panning is now working beautifully.
