In this track, what has been notated as eighth notes throughout, it persistantly comes to a stop at the end of the excerpt and then makes up for it with fast notes. I suspect this is a VSL problem because it plays correctly when I set the instrument to a Logic 9 sample. Changing to a different VSL sample doesn't help correct the problem as far as I can tell. I must add that, so far, I haven't changed articulations for the groups of long-short notes which I achieve only by length in the piano roll window of Logic and this may be confusing it. Changing articulations in that one place causes other problems. mp3 file link below. OK. One of my not infrequent stupidities!  Turns out to be a range problem though I don't understand why it partly played into viola range at all. (F2s and C2s!)
