Just learning to use the Vienna Instruments software as a VST within Cubase 7.5, and I can't figure out why the VI interface is telling me to use keyswitches C1 to G1 to control the X-axis of the Bb Clarinet, but Cubase seems to require MIDI notes an octave lower (C0-G0) in order for this to work. Thanks.

VSL defaults to the Roland numbers, Steinberg defaults to the Yamaha numbers. Middle C comes out as 'C3', 'C4', even 'C5' depending on what you call the lowest MIDI note. There is a gear icon in the upper right of the Vienna Instruments interface. Click on that and you can set 'middle C' to C3 to conform to what Cubase is giving you.
