  • How to start with Epic orch - where is the demo vframe?

The website says: "Import the Epic Orchestra Demo MIDI file into your sequencer, load the correspondingVienna Ensemble PRO 5 project (viframe)"

So, where is the "correspondingVienna Ensemble PRO 5 project (viframe)" located?

As posted elsewhere a step-by-step Epic set up basics seems to be missing from the VePro manuals for entry level peeps like me;)

    Hi Target,

The Epic Orchestra Demo Song is available in MyDownloads, including all files separately.
The best way to get started with Vienna Instruments in general is to watch these Video Tutorials.

If you´re missing anything, you can always ask here or contact us directly at support@vsl.co.at

    Best,
    Paul

Thanks for the reply Paul but...

In the Epic Orch demo file there is just the Logic song with the midi parts. It is set up for an instance fo Ensemble but I do not have the vframe. The instructions say quite clearly to "load the corresponding Epic Orch vframe"... but I cannot find this file - where is it - what am I missing here?

  • Well, I just downloaded the demo song again - and now there seems to be different content in the folder.

In the new demo folder there are the vframes.

You can see a screen shot of the first above, and the second below. I am confused!

  • Hi,

Now I am confused too, but looks like you found a solution there, right?
