I have recently added the Bassoon 2 to my collection, and I find that it really adds a nice dimension to the sound of my orchestral bassoons. In the past, I have used two instances of the Bassoon 1 library with VE Pro's humanizing features to make them sound like two different players. But with the addition of the Bassoon 2 library, it sounds even better.

I just wish there was an Extended library available for the Bassoon 2, with articulations to mirror those in the Bassoon 1 collection. I don't need weird FX (multiphonic) patches to fill up my hard drive, just the useful stuff (like portato long, dynamics patches, grace notes, etc.)...
