For your listening enjoyment. The piece has an ensemble of VSL instruments all playing scales drawn from a common harmonic series (microtuning with MIDI pitchbend). The rhythms of each instrument or section are based on fibbonaci proportions: 1/3 and 2/3, 2/5 and 3/5, 3/8 and 5/8.

If I'm not mistaken (I made this piece a while ago), it's one of the soprano solo voices, harp, alto flute, horn, and an appassionata violin section. It gets more layered in the second half with the parts getting doubled, tripled, etc. I did this by applying a second pass of edits on the rendered file (see the screenshot attached), in order to get a kind of "bloom" to the piece. Oh yeah, MIR 24 is at work too. It's a kind of instrument itself. kenneth.newby attached the following image(s): spectral (golden) lyric edit.jpg (61kb) downloaded 5 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments.
