    I'm adding a third machine to a VEPro network, and I can attach it in one of two ways:

    1. add a gigabit switch between my workstation and the two servers, or
    2. add a third NIC to my workstation

    Does anyone have a recommendation? Is it possible to get a switch with comparable performance and reliability to a dedicated NIC for under $60 or so? There will be no other traffic on the subnet, and the two servers do not need to communicate directly with each other. Thanks for any suggestions or advice.
