VSL, please, Please, PLEASE fix VE Pro so that it doesn't address instance names by IP address. Static IPs are hard to set up for the average user, many corporate networks won't allow them, and even if you use them, there are many reasons why you might have to change the IP address of your slave machine(s). And doing so causes your users to have to manually reconnect every vframe instance for every single DAW session they have. My standard orchestral template has a couple dozen vframes, and I know users with over a hundred.
Instance names should be globally advertised (perhaps by user). Or at the very least, they should be by (bonjour) machine name. I would gladly pay for a major version upgrade in order for you to address this issue once and for all. Pretty please.
