The new Steinburg notation software Dorico has been announced for 4th qualter 2016 release. Does VSL have any plans to provide any special support for Dorico? Anyone know if Dorico will specifically provide support for VSL products?

It has been stated that Dorico will "whitelist" the VSL player, even though it is not a VST3 player.

I wonder what it means to "whitelist" it. Does that mean they will support it, but not as much as if it had been a VST3?

We look what can be done. By the way. Vienna Ensemble and Vienna Ensemble Pro are available as VST3 instruments.

Andy, not to nit-pick, but neither VE or VEP are instruments, and the issue of non VST3 compliance would arise when people were using Instruments tracks in Cubase, for example, rather than the VST rack.
