I have been using a KVM switch for years but my display monitors are beginning to give me problems so I am looking into what's next.  Anyone running screen-sharing on their Mac simultaneously with Ensemble Pro?  I'm just wondering if I need the KVM switch any more ... I'm running 2 Mac Pros (pre-trashcan), a Mac mini, and a Mac G5.  I'm looking to consolidate to a single display and lose the KVM switch.  Obviously, still running dual DVI cabling.  Thanks.

Hi,

I´m using Screensharing all the time, when I´m on the road, no troubles here. I´d say, give it a try!

Best,
Paul

Does it have any effect on running Ensemble Pro?  They are both traveling over ethernet, correct?  Doesn't that change speed?

Hi,

There´s enough bandwidth for video and audio on a Megabit connection, no worries.

Best,
Paul
