My Licenses for VEP have disappeared on the eLicenser

I need help. I lost my Vienna Key (USB dongle) so I bought a new one. I got an email from support giving me the 2 remaining licenses (i'd only used up 1) & Upgrades from VEP4 to VEP5 activation codes. It was working the day before Christmas so I shut down and took some time off. I retured to work today and the VEP licenses I had registered are not showing when I boot up the eLicenser. I have VEP installed on 2 computers. When I try to boot up VEP on either it says;

Could not find a license for Vienna Ensemble Pro. Please make sure that your Vienna Key is connected to a USB port and that you have the latest version of eLicenser Control Center installed, then restart the application. 

When I attempt to transfer the activation code to my new Vienna Key it does not allow me to saying;

Currently, there is no license available which can be upgraded by your upgrade license. Please connect an USB-eLicenser, which holds an appropriate upgradable license, to your computer.

When I attempt to use the 2 remaining activation codes that were emailed me into the eLicenser it says;

The activation code has been used already. An Activation Code can be used only once to download or upgrade a license.Please contact your software vendor to get a valid activation code.

Since I bought the software as well as the upgrades all online from YOUR COMPANY I've been sending emails all day to you with no answer so I'm unable to work. Please advise me as to what to do from here.

I would try Performing eLicenser Maintenance.

Done it every time I boot up the eLCC program. It's got something to do with needing new Authorization Codes I think

I responded to your emails to our support, where we found out that you mixed up your ViennaKeys, I believe everything should be resolved now.
