    My key is on its last legs, so I just bought a replacement. Where can I find instructions as to how to transfer my licenses to the new key?

    Hello Jet,

     

    you could transfer the licenses within the eLicenser Control Center from one key to another. Both keys has to be connected to the same computer and the computer must be online.

     

    You could contact us under support@vsl.co.at as well.

    Just plug in both keys and drag the licesnses over to the new key. Unfortunaly, you have to do it one by one.
