  • Is event input working ?

Has any one a positive experience with Event input in Logic 10.3 ?

I would like to know if it worth spending time on triying to make this thing work..

I have Logic and vep6 last version and sierra on both macs with ethernet connection

(I had no response on previous post and cant beleive no one uses it ! as it is the only way to have more than 16 channel per instance, isnt it ?)

  • It certainoy works fine on the PC side

System: Logic Pro X 10.3, 2012 Mac Pro 12-Core, 64GB of RAM macOS Sierra 10.12.3

    VE PRO v6.0.1.5567

I am actually testing it out now.

I was using the single port option as I no longer need to use the multiport (thanks to skiswitcher2/ARTzID) which allows me to have plenty of patches all on one track instead of being spanned out.

Google skiswitcher2 and you can check it out.

But also I have noticed that for some reason VE PRO 6 does not seem to like more instances over less...unless

Paul or any of the VSL team can confirm otherwise...

So I am again trying out multiports. I have had success so far though to answer your question.

You can message me with any help you would like in regards to it, as I will continue testing this 😝
