    Hi all,

    I've been having this problem since VEPro 5 so I figured I'd see if anyone knows a workaround. I've been able to work around Logic's autosave hanging VEpro every 30 seconds or so, but the issue of VEPro looping on 'saving automation' and 'saving metadata' after I delete about 15 tracks at once in Logic is getting worse as my session get bigger. Also sometimes when I delete an instance of Kontakt in Logic, it causes VEPro to reload all of the instruments as well but that might be a separate issue.

    I've attached a video of VEPro 6 hanging; this was 15 seconds out of the 5+ minutes I sat there waiting.

    Thanks for your mail!

    One idea is to work in "DECOUPLE" Mode, as described in the VE PRO 6 manual, page 57.

    If that does not work, please send a link to your video to support@vsl.co.at, and include a link to this post.

    Can you please send us a sample from the hang?

    => Open Activity Monitor
    => Choose Vienna Ensemble PRO
    => Click the small "i" in the upper left corner
    => Click "Sample" in the lower left corner
    => Save the file and send it to us

    Then do the same for Logic.

    Maybe we can find out more this way.
