PLAY issues in VEP PRO?

Has anyone else been having issues with PLAY plugin in VEP Pro?

Not sure what happened (did not install any new software), but all of a sudden, my PLAY plugins would not load.  I have installed the latest versions of PLAY and of VEP Pro.  I have checked multiple times and the VST plugin is there in the other folder.  Just for some reason VEP Pro is no longer recognizing it.

I am running VEP Pro on a slave computer running Windows 7.

Any thoughts or things to try?

Did you rescan your VST plug-ins (in VE PRO Preferences)?

Also make sure the iLok with the Play engine authorization is plugged into a working USB port (i.e. you've turned off power savings measures for the USB port in Windows Control Panel). Further check that you're running the latest version of the ILM software.
